‘Restats’ is an app that provides a brief analysis on the waste management statistics as the core tool to examine Singapore’s vision of a
‘zero waste nation’
​
The main title, 'Restats,' is complemented by the subtitle, 'observe, analyze, and reflect,' which illustrates how the app structure will be carried through.
Observe
Introductory page that gives the user a brief description of the topic and the theme of the research and data. The font pairing is a combination of Playfair display bold font and the subtext and paragraphs and typed in Lato regular font giving the look of a newsletter, an aesthetic suited for an informative app design.
Analyse
This is the main page that takes the user through the fundamental analysis of the leading logistics which is followed up by complementing pages containing key highlights and percentile charts derived from the principle data.
Reflect
This page provides a reflection for the data derived, observed and analysed. It is an abstract interpretation of what we realise from the data studied. This page is followed by a feedback page which brings the user to the end of the app prototype.
